Fibre Artist Steven Berg aka StevenBe is a fibre artisan armed with a wealth of experience, daring sense of style, and a firm belief in the transformative power of knitting, or crocheting offers to those brave enough to push the boundaries. Berg began his career early, knitting lines of sequin dresses for a clientele of Barbies in WI. This led him to be a star student in fashion design at Parsons and FIT. Berg found inspiration in the fashion capitals of the world as VP of Design at Perry Ellis. His creative work experiences brought him back to his favourite medium, the one that always inspired him most, the imaginative world of fibre arts.
